A large organisation tasked with promoting tennis nation wide is running a sponsored year long campaign to get kids into tennis with a series of free give aways etc. Part of this was to allow club coaches to order free T-Shirts for their as give aways to Australian children when they join.
We import the data from spreadsheets, generate orders for each venue/club, with one line item for each T-Shirt size, then one T-Shirt allocation record for each child with their name, T-Shirt colour and size. Once the data is massaged, imported and online the 3 in 1 logistics document is created and printed onto special stock with peel off delivery label. Part one allows picking and pack of T-Shirts, part two is the StarTrack compliant, barcoded, delivery label, and on the back, part three the distribution list so the coach can easily distribute the correct T-Shirt to each child. The peel of delivery label has the auto generated Con NOte number that will be automatically imported into the StarTrack system, the T-shirts to pick in size order and the distribution on the back in alphabetical order, making it easy to hand out the T-Shirts once they arrive.
